Visitor Visa (Subclass 600)

An applicant can make an application under this stream if main purpose is to visit an Australian citizen, or Australian permanent resident, who is a parent, spouse, de facto partner, child, brother or sister of the applicant and for other non-business and non-medical treatment activity.

Applicant need to prove that they have sufficient financial capacity or support from an Australian sponsor to meet their expenses during stay in Australia.

An applicant can make an application under this stream if main purpose is to visit an Australian citizen, or Australian permanent resident, who is a parent, spouse, de facto partner, child, brother or sister of the applicant.

Applicant must be sponsored on the approved form by their Australian relative. Moreover, Australian relative and visa applicant can provide evidence to support their financial capacity to bear the expenses for their stay in Australia.

The primary purpose of this stream is to accommodate visa applicants who intends to visit Australia for a business visitor activity. Visa holder can attend business meetings, conferences, seminars, and do enquiries related to new business opportunities or contracts related to business. 

This stream allow the citizens of PRC to visit Australia as a part of group tour organised by approved agents in PRC. Applicants can only travel to Australia for the purpose of sightseeing and related activities as a part of group.

This stream allow citizens of PRC to visit Australia as tourist or to engage in business visitor activity. It can be granted for the longer travel period up to 10 years with stay of 3 months on each arrival.

Applicant need to demonstrate financial capacity and meet relevant criteria as provided by Australian laws.
