Skilled Independent Visa (subclass 189)

Skilled independent visa is a visa that invites skilled worker to live stay and work permanently in Australia. There are three streams in which applicant can make an application.

• Point tested stream
• New Zealand stream
• Hong Kong stream

Point tested stream overview:

• Competent English (6 each in IELTS)
• Skill assessment in MLTSOL
• Must be under 45 years of age.
• Must have 65 points including state points.
• Must meet health Requirements.

Hong Kong stream overview:

Hong Kong stream

This visa lets eligible Hong Kong or British National (Overseas) passport holders who have demonstrated commitment to Australia, live and work in Australia permanently.

• You must hold a Hong Kong passport or a British National (Overseas) passport
• You must meet certain visa requirements
• You must meet certain residence requirements

Skilled Nominated Visa (subclass 190)

Skilled nomination visa is a visa in which an applicant will be assessed by a state on his points (you can calculate your points on our website) and nominate him according to their requirements once you got nominated by a state in Australia you will get an invite from home affairs to lodge your visa. 190 visa invites skilled workers by Australian state or Territory. One should submit Expression of Interest (EOI) first and Australian immigration issue invitation according to their skill requirements.
